Processing Times

We aim to process all orders within 3-4 weeks. Everything is handcrafted and made to order upon purchase. Larger items, and custom items may take longer due to the nature and availability of the materials, due to the vast array of dimensions we offer. We begin to handcraft your items once payment has been made.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery: Each item in your order is charged individually for delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on the specific dimensions, weight, and delivery partner assigned to each product. As a result, total delivery fees may vary depending on the items selected and their respective shipping requirements. You will be notified once your order has shipped.

Collection: Collection is free of charge for all items. However, as items may vary in dimensions and weight, they may be available for pickup at different times. Each item will be prepared individually based on its specific requirements, and you’ll be notified once it's ready for collection.

 

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted shipping carriers such as DPD, Parcelforce and DHL. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delays & Issues

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at woodncandles@outlook.com

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
