Refund policy

Wood 'N' Candles have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item, either through delivery or collection, to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as delivered or collected. You’ll also need to provide us with your order number, starting with #WNC

To start a return, you can contact us at woodncandles@outlook.com. We will then contact you to discuss further details, regarding your return.

We’re happy to accept your return. Kindly note that return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on purchased gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once it has arrived and inspected, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
