How long will it take to recieve a reply?

We aim to reply within 24 hours of your enquiry, however during busy periods it may take longer. We will get back to you, I promise!

Is there any information I should include with my enquiry?

It would be amazing if you could provide details such as dimensions and what you are looking to purchase but don't worry, I'm sure we can help and we will figure that stuff out anyway.

What measurements do you use?

We would prefer if you can stick to the metric system. It helps everything to go smoother.

Is it important whether my item is for use inside or outside?

Absolutely! Internal and external wooden products use a different type of graded oak and the treatment we use also differs on where the item will be placed.
